I am a holistic therapist, somatic experiencing practitioner, and fellow human.  

I believe in a unique and transformative approach that brings together the mind, body, and nervous system for holistic, whole-person healing. In this space, we’ll tap into your body’s natural wisdom, release stored tension, and work through underlying emotional issues together. The beauty of biology is how it drives everything we do—when we learn to understand our own bodies at a deeper level, we begin to live life fully.
