You’re busy supporting others…but who’s supporting you?

Sometimes there’s nearly nothing left for yourself. As a therapist, you pour so much into helping your clients that it can feel like your own cup is empty at the end of the day. But despite how demanding this work is when you think about needing support, you’re met with feelings of embarrassment or shame because you feel like you should be able to handle this or “have all the answers.”

Maybe in therapy before this, you were met with the obligatory “Well, what would you say to a client?” It’s frustrating—and annoying—that you can never take the therapist's hat off to truly just be a human being. You’re trying your best and doing everything you know how, but you know something is still missing.

Needing support doesn’t make you any “less” of a therapist. It makes you human.

Your well-being matters just as much as your clients’.

As therapists, we hold the good, the bad, and the terrible experiences our clients bring into the room. And even though being a therapist is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling careers, these demands are intense on both our minds and our bodies. Over time, you begin to lose steam—especially when you’re balancing all the other things on your plate. And as a professional “helper,” it's easy to feel like you're always available to others' needs.

Therapists have mental health needs, life experiences, problems, stressors, and human emotions just like everyone else, and you deserve support, too. Consistently putting you last leads to a loss of connection with yourself. I’m here to help you restore that connection deep within, find relief from all the things you’re holding onto, and renew your passion for your career.

In this space, you’ll learn to stop doubting your skills as a therapist, process your own trauma, set clear boundaries, and develop a sense of compassion and kindness for yourself. Because I believe in tailored, somatic approaches, your experience is always going to be personal to you and what you need. Yes, you might’ve heard that before or even said it yourself, but here you can actually trust it.

Let’s help you be your best self—human, therapist, and all.
